Brindusa has more than 20 years of international experience working in business and corporate affairs, international inter-governmental organizations and global think-tanks. Ex Associate Director at the World Economic Forum, Brindusa designed and led a multi-country program for financing the green economy under the G20. In this capacity, she convened governments and private finance entities and facilitated their work to create public and private financing instruments for clean energy, energy efficiency and climate-smart agriculture. Brindusa advised the development of the first sustainability strategy of the International Olympic Committee. She is also a Senior Advisor to the Monthly Barometer and the Summit of Minds and an Advisor to the Swiss Economic Forum Circular Economy Community.
Steve brings nearly 25 years of experience in finance across a wide range of areas. Most recently, he led the
business development efforts for Main Street Partners, an institutional impact investment advisor, in Switzerland.
Prior to MainStreet, he was the finance director for a smart waste technology startup which was owned a patented process that converts plastic waste into a 100% recycled building material. Upon moving to Switzerland, Steve worked for Geneva Capital, an advisory boutique based in Geneva specializing in ESG investment and
impact investment. In New York, Steve co-founded Mission Markets, a pioneering fintech startup which
provided impact companies and funds with capital raising services via an online platform. He was part
of the investment team with the Media Development Investment Fund, a mission-driven investment fund and
focused on Central and South America. He spent 7 years in with Bank of America Securities, Citibank and
Goldman Sachs. Steve began his career in microfinance with FINCA International and worked in Los Angeles with
a community development financial institution (CDFI).
